This picture does not even almost adequately capture how much she loved playing with the balloons. She was swatting them and laughing SO hard. 2 older girls (maybe ages 3 or 4?) were bringing her more and more balloons. She was surrounded by them, and it was awesome.
Then, there was frozen yogurt from a little place called Red Mango.
Finally, there was Nora being a regular old comedian after the yogurt was "all gone".
She's a silly one, for sure.
